The Winter That Would Not Die.

The weather network has issued a winter storm warning for tomorrow, this despite the fact that it's actually spring, and has been for several weeks.

What does it mean when the meteorologists can't even accurately predict the seasons any more?

Not sure, but I do know that most of the time we get unseasonably cold air, it comes from Canada. Thanks a lot.

Sorry, Mark. Jude and I like to think we're full of hot air, but I guess you know differently.

Sometimes being a science ijit is a good thing. For me it means that I can say, without embarrassment or any scientific evidence whatsoever, that I've thought the seasons have been shifting for many years now.

Here in Washington State, we're getting our normal April rains, but it's a cold storm.

I had to fly to Cuba that day ... we were an hour late leaving because the plane had to be de-iced!
